Nikolina Pipping has held a variety of marketing roles since 2000. Nikolina began their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Sales Account Manager UK and held various leadership positions at W Hotels and Luxury Collection. In 2007, they became a Brand Manager at ArabellaStarwood Hotels & Resorts, where they project managed 17 re-branding hotel projects. In 2009, they returned to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an Associate Director of Sheraton and Westin Hotels & Resorts and Brand Manager, where they were responsible for driving brand assurance process in Europe, Middle East and Africa and brand management of Westin Hotels & Resorts. In 2019, they became the Head Of Marketing at A-STAY, and in 2020 they were a Marketing Consultant at Dillen Business Innovations. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing at DALTIX - Retail Data that Works, where they are responsible for the strategy, budgeting and execution of content creation, external and internal communication, digital marketing, lead gen and employee branding.

Nikolina Pipping has a diverse education history. Nikolina obtained a Diploma in Journalism from Borgå folkakademi in 1995-1996, followed by a Diploma in Hotel Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in 1996-1997. Nikolina then completed a BA in Hotel Management from Washington State University in 1997-1999.
