Martin Schau

Martin Schau has extensive experience in the brewing industry, with various roles in different companies. Martin started their career in 2007 as a Brygmester at Baggaardsbryggeriet A/S and later worked as a Brygmester at Bøllingsø Bryghus A/S and Restaurant Bryggen, Thisted. In 2010, they became the Head Brewer/Brewmaster at Mylius Erichsen Bryghus A/S and later at Nibe Bryghus A/S in 2012. Martin joined TeeDawn aps in 2014 as a member of the Technique & Brewing Team. In 2015, they became the Headbrewer/Brewmaster at Bies Bryghus A/S. Furthermore, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Bryggeriudstyr ApS. Currently, Martin is working at Dalum Beverage Equipment as a Commissioning & Service Engineer. Their work experience includes responsibilities such as overseeing production at multiple breweries, project planning, production optimization, recipe development, and equipment import.

Martin Schau attended The Scandinavian School of Brewing from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Diplombrygger. Martin then went on to enroll at Århus Teknikum, although no specific details about their degree or field of study are provided.
