Sara Nielsen

Sara Nielsen is an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Dalux since January 2025. Previously, Sara served as a People & Culture Partner at twoday from June 2024 to January 2025, managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in the Copenhagen office, as well as focusing on employer branding and participating in IT university fairs. Sara held a similar role at twoday IT Minds from May 2022 to June 2024 and began as a Talent Attraction Specialist, overseeing the recruitment process for developers and administrative roles. Prior experience includes a position as a Researcher at Administrations- og Servicestyrelsen focusing on recruiting IT specialists and leaders, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Teknologiens Mediehus, where responsibilities included IT and engineering recruitment and headhunting services. Sara holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School and has completed an HR Law course at CfL.
