Brian VanderWerf has extensive experience in the rug industry. Brian began their career at Beaulieu Of America, where they served as the Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for sales and marketing to Sears and CCA Global Partners. Brian developed private labeled merchandising programs and negotiated multi-million dollar projects. Following their time at Beaulieu of America, VanderWerf joined Oriental Weavers of America as the Vice President of the Northeast Region. In this role, they managed sales representatives and developed new business in the region. Brian then joined Orian Rugs as the Vice President of Sales, where they managed key account business and developed business in new market segments. VanderWerf later held the position of Regional Vice President at Lapama Rug Company, where they continued their work as a sales executive. Most recently, VanderWerf joined Dalyn Rug Company, initially as the Regional Vice President and later as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, they managed sales representatives, developed new channels of distribution, and oversaw sales and marketing activities.
Brian VanderWerf completed their high school education at East Grand Rapids HS in 1982, earning a High School Diploma. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northwood University from 1982 to 1986.

Today, Dalyn offers rugs in four primary categories, machine woven, hand-tufted, printed and custom. All of which exceed our customers high expectations in design and affordability. In addition, through the years, we have perfected the art and process of custom rug manufacturing. In fact, Dalyn is the world’s largest manufacturer of custom rugs. We offer over 450 colors, 150 designs and all available in an astonishing three-week turn time. This is just another way for Dalyn to show its beauty beyond the surface.
