Iain Capon is a highly experienced professional in the luxury real estate and architectural sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Design and Development at DAMAC Properties since March 2013, following a successful tenure as Vice President. Prior to this, Iain Capon held the position of Director at Omrania & Associates, managing operations across the MENA region. With prior roles including Vice President of Development at Thani Investments and Regional Director for DSA Architects International, Iain Capon has consistently demonstrated expertise in design strategy and project management. Iain Capon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture from Nelson Mandela University, completed in 1994.
