Khalid Mohammed

Khalid Mohammed is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and contact center operations, currently serving as Director of CRM at DAMAC Properties since November 2022. Prior to this role, Khalid worked at Cupola Teleservices (CTS) for over 17 years, where responsibilities included managing the Samsung Support line for Gulf Countries and leading a team of 100+ in the contact center. Khalid excelled in service delivery through effective call center planning, forecasting, and staffing. Previous positions included Account Manager for key clients and Senior Team Supervisor for customer service and technical support teams at HP. Khalid holds a First Class Honours degree in Information Technology and Computing from Arab Open University, Egypt.
