Kristofor Swanson

Kristofor Swanson is currently the Vice President of Learning and Development at DAMAC Properties since February 2024. Previously, Kristofor held multiple senior roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Head of Firmwide Digital Learning, Content & Employee Experience, where responsibilities included leading a team of 80 UX and digital content designers and managing a peer learning network with over 1200 SMEs. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Chase focusing on digital transformation in retail banking, as well as roles at Intuition Publishing Ltd. and Bank of America, where Kristofor managed significant learning initiatives. Kristofor began a career at Accenture, specializing in human performance consulting for high-tech companies. Kristofor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Ohio University.
