Emily Kilgore

Emily Kilgore serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Omnia Healthcare Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held multiple positions at AccentCare from September 2017 to November 2023, including Sales Training Manager for Enterprise-Wide, Operations Clinical Training Manager for Hospice, Sr. Clinical Learning and Development Specialist, and Hospice Care Consultant. Previous experience includes working as a Per Diem Music Therapist at Good Shepherd Community Care from February 2015 to September 2017, and as a Board-Certified Music Therapist at Deutsches Altenheim, Inc. from January 2011 to March 2016. Emily began the career in music therapy as a Music Therapy Intern at Seasons Hospice from July 2010 to December 2010. Emily earned a Master of Arts in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Florida State University in 2010.
