Matt Potts is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the real estate development sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at DAMAC Properties since March 2021, Matt manages a team responsible for global recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels. Previously, Matt held the Director position at Options Group, where responsibilities included establishing a global real estate development practice. As the Owner of Somerset House Consulting, Matt co-founded and managed a consultancy specializing in executive search and HR solutions.
