Nicole Lovell has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant tenure at Jacobs from October 2012 to May 2022, where roles included Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Director, and Director, overseeing strategic hiring initiatives across various business regions such as Infrastructure, Built Environment, Life Sciences, and Cyber. Prior to Jacobs, Nicole served as a Recruiter and Account Manager at Allegis Group Services from January 1998 to December 2005, also focusing on strategic hiring. Nicole holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University, earned between January 1993 and January 1997.
