William Khoury

William Khoury has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. William started their career at the National Health Insurance Company - Daman, where they held the roles of Senior Customer Service Representative from 2011 to 2012, and later became a Senior Accounts Manager and Provider Relations/Cost Calculation Specialist from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Cigna Saico Benefit Services as a Regional Contracting Manager. Currently, they are working as the Unit Head of Business Development at DAMANA since July 2017.

William Khoury completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Tishreen University from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include Anti-Money Laundering For The Insurance Sector from Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) in December 2021, Professional Certification in Digital Marketing from Inc Academy in October 2020, Project Management Fundamentals from the International Institute for Learning in March 2016, Certified Professional Coder-Payer (CPC-P) from AAPC Global in January 2016, Negotiation Skills from Select Training and Management Consultancy L.L.C. in October 2015, Basic Consulting Skills from Meirc Training and Consulting in August 2015, Introduction to medical terminology from Uniteam Medical Assistance in February 2014, Who Moved My Cheese from LOGIC Training & HR Development in May 2013, Introduction to Insurance from Associate skills ltd in April 2012, Lifeguard & Water Safety Training from the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in May 2010, and International Computer Drivers License (ICDL) from ICDL Certification in March 2010.
