Bhala Ghatate

Bhala Ghatate has extensive experience in the field of data management and integration. Bhala started their career in 1996 as the Founder/CTO of Daman Consulting. In 2002, they joined Advanced Micro Devices as a DataWarehouse Architect and also worked as an Information Management Consultant at Netsolve. Bhala Ghatate worked as an Enterprise Architect at Southwest Airlines and as a Data Solutions Architect/Consultant at Freescale. Bhala also served as a DataWarehouse Consultant at Anico and as an ETL Architect at World Savings. Bhala Ghatate has also worked as an Integration Advisor at Union Bank and as an MDM Advisor at Whataburger. Bhala'smost recent role was as a Data Warehouse and Integration Consultant at USAA, starting in 2009.

Bhala Ghatate began their education by completing their high school from Modern School, specializing in Science, from 1970 to 1984. Bhala then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, graduating in 1987. Following this, they attended American University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Subsequently, they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 1994. During the same period, they also pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Automated Theorem Proving and Parallel Programming, but did not complete the program.
