Olivia Smith

Olivia Smith, M.A. BCBA, currently serves as Program Manager at Damar Services, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, Olivia worked at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism from March 2015 to November 2020, holding positions as Training Specialist, Registered Behavior Technician, and Behavior Technician. Earlier experience includes a position as Community Living Assistant at Hopewell Center from June 2013 to February 2015, as well as internships providing recreational and educational activities. Olivia began their career at Calvary Academy from July 2010 to June 2013 as Registrar, managing student files and mentorship roles. Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Anderson University.
