Darek Demianczuk has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Damascus Bakery since October 2015. Prior to this role, Darek held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Dale and Thomas Popcorn from June 2007 to December 2015. Darek's career in the food production industry began at Interbake Foods, where Darek worked as Production Manager from 1989 to 2006.
