Michelle Berrios is a seasoned professional in the bakery and food service industry, currently serving as a Business Development Ambassador at Damascus Bakery since March 2025. Berrios has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Director of Retail Experience at Orwashers Bakery, where responsibilities encompassed guest engagement, employee experience, and brand compliance. Prior to this, Berrios held the position of Operations Manager for Bakery & Pastry at FreshDirect, overseeing large-scale manufacturing and product development for an online retailer.
