Pilar H. Lahuerta

Pilar H. Lahuerta is an experienced human resources technician currently working at Boston Nutraceutical Science since January 2023, providing support in selection processes across the group's various plants. With a long tenure at Damel Group since July 2006, Pilar has been involved in the design, management, and implementation of training plans and collaborating with the human resources department on development initiatives, as well as engaging in labor risk prevention discussions. Prior experience includes a role as a selection and management technician at Adecco Group from July 2005 to June 2006. Pilar holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on organizational psychology from the University of Valencia and has furthered education with a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention from CEINPRO and a course in Digital Transformation in Human Resources from Universitat d'Alacant.
