Frank Bosman

Frank Bosman has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of RD&I Development for the Productgroup Dredging at Damen Dredging Equipment since June 1999. In this role, Frank oversees the RD&I Department and implements the Knowledge Management Strategy while also coordinating internships and graduation projects. Notably, Frank manages the ¡VAMOS! project, part of the Horizon 2020 programme, and has previously held positions including Manager Engineering and Project Manager Engineering, where responsibilities included leading teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of engineering projects, and consulting with clients. Prior to Damen, Frank worked in various engineering roles at van Baal Techniek, De Groot Nijkerk Machinefabriek BV, Majoor Engineering BV, and Hoorn Holland BV. Frank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
