John Griffioen

John Griffioen is an experienced HRIS Project Manager currently employed at Damen since April 2022, leading initiatives to transform the company into a leading maritime solution provider. Concurrently, John serves as a consultant and owner at Empower Workday, focusing on maximizing enterprise application utilization. Previous roles include HRIT Project Manager for Philips, where John directed a payroll transition project, and Global Change & Engage Manager at Shell, overseeing the implementation of Workday for a vast employee base. With extensive project management experience at Aegon Nederland and other organizations, John has a strong background in enterprise applications, notably Workday and PeopleSoft, complemented by a degree in Applied Science (Computing) from Monash University.
