Larry Leong

Larry Leong is an experienced HRIS Project Manager at Rakuten Americas since June 2019, with a strong background in HCM consulting and project management. Previously served as Integration Project Manager at Taleo and held roles at Primitive Logic as a Senior Consultant, Logitech as Senior Manager for Application Solutions Delivery in HR/Legal Systems, and Hunter Group in various technical and managerial capacities. Larry has extensive experience leading PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades, managing teams, and providing operational support for HCM applications. Early career experience includes programming roles at PMI Mortgage Insurance, Indus Group, and Chevron. Larry holds a degree from Mount Royal University.
