Pamela Steen

Pamela Steen is an experienced project purchaser currently working at Damen since May 2022. Prior to this role, Pamela served as a production planner and operational buyer at Fokker Technologies Holding B.V. from October 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included creating and managing production plans based on customer demand and overseeing supplier orders. Pamela also held the position of program manager at &beyond sales engineers, focusing on project execution related to mystery shopping and custom app development between September 2017 and September 2018. Additional experience includes an internship in marketing and strategy at Clinical Graphics B.V. and roles in hospitality, including bar and catering positions. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Health Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Policy and Management from the same institution, showcasing a strong academic background in health economics and management.
