Silvano Scaccaglia

Silvano Scaccaglia is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the food industry, currently serving as General Manager at Damiano since October 2024. Previously, Scaccaglia held the role of Director of Operations at Levoni SpA from June 2022 to June 2024 and served as Operation Director at Pastiglie Leone s.r.l. from February 2019 to May 2022. Scaccaglia's tenure at Barilla Group spanned from June 2011 to May 2017, during which multiple Plant Manager positions were held, overseeing significant production facilities specializing in various bakery products. Scaccaglia began the career as Production Manager at Barilla from February 2005 to August 2008. Education was obtained at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
