Francesco Rotundo

Francesco Rotundo has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Francesco started their career as an HR and Organization Manager at TIM in 1996, where they worked until 2000. Francesco then moved to Salvatore Ferragamo, where they held the position of HR and Organization Manager until 2004. After that, they joined Agenzia Demanio, where they served as the Organization Director from 2004 to 2007, and later as the Head of Internal Auditing and a member of the Supervisory Committee from 2008 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Group HR Director at d'Amico Shipping Group, starting from October 2009.

Francesco Rotundo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management dell'Innovazione, which they obtained from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in the year 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Economics at Università di Pisa, graduating in the year 1993. In addition to their educational background, Francesco has also been recognized for their achievements in the field of HR, receiving the HRC TOP HR LEADER AWARD in 2022 and the HRC TOP HR DIRECTOR AWARD in 2023, both conferred by HRC International Group.
