Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as the International Business Unit Director at Damm, where leadership spans a global team of over 250 individuals and encompasses a diverse beverage portfolio recognized in over 110 countries. Previously, Juan held positions as the Commercial Director for Anheuser-Busch InBev covering the UK, Ireland, and Spain, as well as General Manager at Compañía Cervecera de Canarias and served as FP&A Director and Strategic Planning Manager for Anheuser-Busch InBev in Europe. Early career experience includes roles at Robert Bosch as a Logistics Project Manager and a Customer Logistics Planner. Juan's educational background includes an MBA from the China Europe International Business School, a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and Energy Efficiency from UNED, and two bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Karlsruhe Universität.
