Dean Winfield

Dean Winfield is an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager currently leading the program delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation at Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG). With a history of significant roles in various companies, Dean has successfully managed SAP SuccessFactors projects for clients such as Tasmania Government, Healius, Coles Group, ACT Government, Kmart, Target, Newcrest Mining, and MMG Limited. Dean's expertise extends to overseeing multiple projects focused on Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Payroll in addition to business transformation initiatives. Dean holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Monash University, with a major in Information Systems and a minor in Management.
