Jerol Mariano

Jerol Mariano has a progressive work experience in various industries. Jerol started their career in 2016 as a Production Controller at Yokohama Tire Philippines Inc., where they supported the implementation of lean manufacturing methodologies and ensured smooth production processes. In 2018, they transitioned to the IT sector as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cloudstaff, where they created test plans and led a team. In 2019, they became a Software Quality Assurance Tester - Team Lead at Fullstack HQ, working closely with clients to define development and testing requirements and managing a team. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Web QA Specialist at Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corp, focusing on quality assurance in web development. Currently, Jerol is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Damstra Technology, beginning their tenure in November 2022.

Jerol Mariano earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Angeles University Foundation from 2011 to 2016. They also obtained a certification in Civil Service Professional Eligibility from the Civil Service Commission in March 2017.
