Daniel Tracy has a diverse work history, starting in 2005 as an Assistant Wrestling Coach and later becoming a paid coach in 2010. Daniel also worked as a Sales Associate at Follett Higher Education Group from 2009 to 2011 and as a Warehouse Generalist at Scholastic Book Fairs in 2008. From 2010 to 2016, Daniel worked as a Substitute Teacher through Hamilton and Butler County Educational Service Centers. In 2014, they volunteered as a Short Term Staff member at KISC - Kandersteg International Scout Centre in Switzerland, serving as a hiking guide and assisting guests.

Dan Beard Council, BSA

The mission of the Dan Beard Council is to prepare the over 30,000 young people in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Dan Beard Council is the administrative body of the the Boy Scouts of America in the Greater Cincinnati area. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the council operations are completed funded by the Friends of Scouting annual giving campaign, corporate sponsorships, the popcorn sale, activity revenue, and the United Way. Funding is used for program delivery in the form of camp operations, the Scout Achievement Center, professional and support staff, and the many Scouting events held throughout the council each year.
