Rob Stout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth leadership and retail management. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America since January 2015, Rob Stout focuses on enhancing Scouting programs in underserved communities. Additionally, Rob Stout works part-time at the Dan Beard Scout Shop in the Supply Division, assisting Scouts and families with product selections. Previous roles include Scoutmaster within Fort Hamilton District BSA, Associate Relations Manager at Kroger, ESL Instructor at Cincilingua, Front Office Manager at Bass Pro Shops, and Non-food Receiving Manager at bigg's/Supervalu. Rob Stout holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education from The College of New Jersey and an Ohio Teacher Certification from Miami University.

Dan Beard Council, BSA

The mission of the Dan Beard Council is to prepare the over 30,000 young people in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The Dan Beard Council is the administrative body of the the Boy Scouts of America in the Greater Cincinnati area. A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the council operations are completed funded by the Friends of Scouting annual giving campaign, corporate sponsorships, the popcorn sale, activity revenue, and the United Way. Funding is used for program delivery in the form of camp operations, the Scout Achievement Center, professional and support staff, and the many Scouting events held throughout the council each year.
