Mike Vallafskey

Mike Vallafskey, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mike currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dan & Jerry's Greenhouses since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at AgriNomix LLC from March 2020 to October 2021.

Mike's earlier experience includes a long tenure at T.O. Plastics, Inc., where they held the position of President from January 2008 to November 2019. Here, they were responsible for the company's business strategy, P&L management, and spearheaded a companywide cultural transformation. Mike also served as the face of the company to internal and external stakeholders. Before becoming President, Mike served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at T.O. Plastics, where they built and led a successful sales organization.

Prior to their time at T.O. Plastics, Mike worked at TLC Polyform, Inc. where they held the role of Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure there from September 1988 to December 2002, they played a significant role in growing the business, managing the organization, and executing business and customer management strategies, leading to consistent year-over-year organic/inorganic growth and product development.

Mike Vallafskey earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Hamline University in 1987. Mike then went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, which they successfully completed in 1993.
