Blaine DaRonco

Blaine DaRonco has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Blaine started their career in 2000 at Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles as a software engineer. During their time at Lockheed Martin, they worked on web applications using Ruby on Rails, iOS applications written in Swift, and developed a macOS application. Blaine also introduced Agile methodologies to the company and was responsible for technical briefings and documentation.

In 2008, Blaine started their own company called be | daronco, LLC, where they worked as the owner and software engineer. Blaine created applications for the web and iOS platforms, maintaining seven applications for sale on the Apple iTunes Store.

In 2012, Blaine was one of the founders of That Just Happened, LLC. As an owner and software engineer, they developed web and mobile applications, including Tennis Genius and a website.

Blaine also worked as the CTO/Lead Software Engineer at Here2, LLC from 2015 to 2018. Blaine designed and developed backend services using Ruby on Rails and AWS, as well as an iOS native application written in Swift. Blaine also created a landing page for the company.

In 2016, Blaine joined Collier Research Corporation as a software engineer, working on their HyperSizer software. Blaine then moved to Leidos, where they served as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer Senior Staff. In this role, they designed and implemented a new application, using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Swift, and open-source libraries. Blaine also introduced Agile methodologies to the customer and was responsible for technical briefings and documentation.

Throughout their career, Blaine has gained expertise in various programming languages and technologies, including .NET, C#, WPF, and more. Blaine has demonstrated their ability to work independently as a self-employed professional and as a vital team member in both small and large organizations.

Blaine DaRonco pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University between 1998 and 2000. In December 2015, they also obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+.
