Abbas Boazar

Abbas Boazar has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Abbas has worked as a Senior Completion Engineer at Dana Energy since 2022, where they are responsible for running, setting, and troubleshooting packers and liner hanger systems. Abbas also handles the maintenance and assembly of downhole equipment for various completion systems. Prior to this, Abbas worked as a Completion Engineer at Black Gold Innovation from 2020 to 2021, performing similar duties.

Abbas Boazar also has experience as a Drilling Supervisor and Completion Supervisor at Petro Gohar Farasahel Kish from 2017 to 2021. In these roles, they supervised various job activities such as well testing, coil tubing, acidizing, and N2 charging. Abbas was also responsible for the installation, repairing, and testing of equipment related to wellheads and Christmas trees.

Before joining Petro Gohar Farasahel Kish, Abbas worked as a Field Service Engineer at Well Innovation from 2011 to 2017. Abbas'sresponsibilities included running, setting, and troubleshooting packers and liner hanger systems, as well as maintaining and assembling downhole equipment.

Additionally, Abbas Boazar worked as a Field Specialist III at Well Services of Iran (Schlumberger Methods) "WSI" from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they led the operational aspects of cementing jobs and was involved in running downhole tools and planning and executing various cementing, stimulation, and acidizing jobs.

Abbas Boazar also gained experience as a Field Services Engineer at Middle East Energy Innovators (MEI) in 2016, and as a Service Supervisor at Mehran Engineering and Well Services from 2005 to 2010. In both roles, they were responsible for the operational aspects of cementing jobs, including running downhole tools and executing various operations related to casing, liner, balance plug, squeeze, circulating squeeze, acidizing, and stimulation.

Abbas began their career as a Service Technician at the National Iranian Drilling Company in 2002. Abbas'sresponsibilities included spot, bulk, and mix cement for cementing jobs, as well as maintaining equipment inventories and pump units.

Abbas Boazar completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in IT from Azad University Of Ahvaz from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Programming & Software from Azad University Of Shadegan from 2009 to 2011.

Additionally, Abbas Boazar has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained a BOSIET certification from Kish International Sea Safety School. In 2021, they earned a certification in Cement Slurry Design & Operation from Famor Mehregan Engineering Services Group. In 2019, they completed a Liner Hanger Training Course from GTK Company (Well Innovation). In 2015, they obtained an Offshore Survival certification from Kish Sea Safety. In 2013, they completed Drilling Office Courses from Azad University Of Omidiyeh, Iran. In 2007, they earned HSEQ Training Courses certification from Mehran Engineering Services Company. Lastly, in 2003, they completed Cementing & Acidizing & Surface Equipment's Courses from the Natural Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC).
