Hamid Rafiei

Hamid Rafiei has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Hamid began their career in 2008 as an English Language Tutor & Translator, where they taught English to private students and provided translation and interpretation services for various companies. In 2009, they worked as a Computer Hardware/Software Consultant & Retailer at Kiyan Rayaneh Pardis Ltd. During this time, they provided consultation services for computer hardware and software, as well as managing retail operations.

In 2009, Hamid joined GBG as a Network Expert at Atlaskhodro Co., where they supported network maintenance, provided hardware and software support for clients, and managed security cameras. Hamid later transitioned to the role of Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Supervisor at Assanmotor Co., where they introduced new methods and standards, prepared reports, and developed a plan for the mechanization and automation of the PDI department.

From 2016 to 2018, Hamid worked as an IT Administrator at Iran Blood Research & Fractionation (IBRF), responsible for managing IT infrastructure and systems. Hamid then joined arado as a Network Administrator in 2018, where they were involved in network administration tasks.

Currently, Hamid is employed at Dana Energy since 2019. Hamid started as a Service Desk Site Engineer, providing on-location support for remote operational sites and working on Service Desk related projects. Hamid is currently working as a Service Desk Engineer, specializing in hardware installation, repair, troubleshooting, and modification to meet customer needs.

Hamid Rafiei completed their Associate's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Applied Science and Technology from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the American University in Dubai and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology from 2001 to 2005. Hamid also holds several additional certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Level from Iran in 2020, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ from the Academic Center for Education, Culture & Research (ACECR) in 2013, and MCSE from ACECR in 2010.
