Mohammadamin Rahimi has a strong background in drilling engineering. Mohammadamin currently holds the position of Senior Drilling Engineer at Dana Energy, which they started in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Drilling Engineer at OIEC Group from December 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they served as a Drilling Engineer at Global Petro Tech from June 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, Mohammadamin has experience as an Off Shore Wellsite Drilling Engineer at Dana Energy from December 2015 to June 2017. Mohammadamin also gained teaching experience as a Teacher Assistant at Sharif University of Technology from September 2013 to January 2015. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Engineer at Sharif Upstream Petroleum Research Institute (SUPRI) from September 2013 to December 2014.
Mohammadamin Rahimi attended Sharif University of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mohammadamin then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Drilling and Production Engineering from 2013 to 2015.
In addition to their academic achievements, Rahimi has obtained several certifications. In February 2016, they completed the Safety Induction, Sea Survival, HUET, and H2S program. In August 2016, they received a certification in Quality Management Systems, Requirements and Documentation from GCERTI. In May 2016, they completed the Applied Directional Drilling course provided by Dana Energy. In September 2016, they obtained a certification in Cement Job Design in Directional and High-angle Wells, also from Dana Energy. Most recently, in February 2020, they completed the Drilling Well Control Program (Level 4) at Petroleum University of Technology.
