Saeed Hoseininia

Saeed Hoseininia has a strong background in contract management and legal consulting. Saeed began their career in 2009 at Petroiran Development Company, where they supervised the archiving of contract files and ensured compliance with Board of Directors' approvals. Saeed also held meetings, prepared minutes, and managed contract-related issues. In 2014, Saeed joined the National Iranian Oil Company as a legal consultant at the dispute resolution committee. Saeed registered complaints, reviewed documents, and prepared draft opinions for board review. At Kharg Petrochemical Company Limited from 2015 to 2022, Saeed worked as a contract specialist, focusing on optimizing the company's legal affairs and contracts archive, managing auction and tender processes, and preparing and reviewing contract documents. Saeed then joined PTP Group in 2014 as a legal consultant and provided legal expertise to the organization. Recently, Saeed joined Dana Energy as a Senior Contract Specialist, where they write, reviews, analyzes, negotiates, and manages contracts to mitigate risks and provides contractual analysis and advice to the project team.
