Imani Graham

Imani Graham has extensive experience in patient coordination and advocacy, currently serving as a New Patient Coordinator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since January 2022 and a Patient Service Representative at Codman Square Health Center since December 2020. Previous roles include a Resident Assistant at Victory Programs, where Imani provided support to vulnerable populations facing homelessness and various health challenges, and a Nike Pacer, leading running groups. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and as an Administrative Coordinator for Project RISE, focused on improving academic outcomes for underprivileged youth. Imani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, with prior education at The Woodward School for Girls.
