Jose Alves

Jose Alves is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and auditing. Currently serving as Principal FP&A Analyst at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since October 2019, Jose prepares and presents financials for the Research Enterprise and collaborates with various stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Tufts Medical Center, where leadership of a team involved financial statement preparation and efficiency improvements. Previous positions at KPMG, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Emmanuel College provided a solid foundation in auditing and accounting principles. Jose earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Emmanuel College in 2012.
