Kevin James

Kevin James serves as the Administrative Director at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since February 2017, overseeing the Centers for Early Detection and Interception as well as Cutaneous & Neuro-Oncology. Previous positions at the institute include Practice Director and Practice Manager for Yawkey 11, focusing on Adult Palliative Care and Head and Neck Oncology. Prior to joining Dana-Farber, Kevin worked at Wayfair as a Lead Clinic Coordinator and Business Account Manager, where responsibilities included generating sales growth and optimizing customer satisfaction. Kevin's experience also includes a role as a Liability Claims Specialist at Encompass Insurance and various administrative positions, including an intern role at the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. Kevin holds a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned between 2011 and 2014.
