Molly Skeffington has extensive experience in customer service and community mentorship. Currently, Molly serves as a Food Service Worker at Union Kitchen and as a Catering Server at The Black Tie Company, where responsibilities include order preparation, responding to guest requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Molly held the position of Chapter Director at Strong Women, Strong Girls, focusing on empowering elementary school girls in under-resourced communities. Additional experience includes a Recycling Intern role at ecomaine and serving as a Corps Member with Jumpstart, promoting language and literacy skills among preschool children in low-income neighborhoods. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Public Health from Simmons University, completed in May 2021, and graduated from South Portland High School in 2017.
