Xuelu (Jeff) Liu PMP®, CSM is a seasoned professional in data management and strategy, currently serving as Director at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since October 2018. With extensive experience in bioinformatics and software development, Xuelu has led initiatives in data analytics, harmonization of phenomic data, and precision oncology research, while managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across functional areas. Prior positions include Director of Software Development at OmniSeq and Bioinformatics Principal at SRA, where Xuelu contributed to NGS-based cancer diagnostics and developed bioinformatics solutions for federal research initiatives. Xuelu holds multiple advanced degrees in computer science, veterinary medicine, and quantitative genetics.
