Ervina Darnita

Ervina Darnita is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Head of Project Management at DANA Indonesia since July 2017, Ervina oversees project management operations, facilitates communication between product and engineering teams, and is responsible for resource planning and project success. Previous roles include positions as Project Manager at Ice House, Digital Project Manager at Bambu Digital, and Account Manager at Wunderman and BUBU, where Ervina managed digital and social media campaigns for notable clients including Unilever, Nokia, and various Australian firms. Ervina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universitas Prof Dr. Moestopo and a postgraduate degree from the same institution.
