Regina Fransiska Mayfarth Purba is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software development, business process improvement, and project management. Currently serving as Squad Leader and Front End Software Development Engineer in Test at DANA Indonesia since January 2020, Regina has played a pivotal role in two logistic distribution projects, focusing on creating and analyzing business process improvements. Previously, Regina was a Performance and Business Process Improvement Officer at Telekomunikasi Indonesia and the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Agree, where Regina led initiatives to digitalize the agriculture supply chain in Indonesia. Regina's career began with roles as a Software Tester and Management Trainee, following a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from Institut Teknologi Telkom, where Regina graduated with Cum Laude honors.
