Stephanie Harto

Stephanie Harto is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People Learning and Enrichment at DANA Indonesia since September 2019, and previously held roles such as People Partner Lead and People Partner Specialist at the same company. Prior to DANA Indonesia, Stephanie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food from January 2018 to September 2019, and held the position of Organizational Development Specialist at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance for a brief period in 2017. Stephanie began a career at PT Sayap Mas Utama (Wings Group Indonesia) as a People and Personal Development professional, where responsibilities included evaluating employees for career development, conducting exit interviews, executing job rotations, and supporting performance appraisals. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara, earned between 2010 and 2014.
