John Paoff

John Paoff is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in automotive and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Systems Solutions Engineer at Dana Incorporated since June 2013, John applies expertise in axle and driveshaft technologies for passenger and light truck platforms while developing product design proposals for customer specifications. Prior roles include Project Engineer positions at Pratt & Whitney, where John supported the Next Generation Product Family Engine Build Team. John’s diverse experience encompasses patent prosecution, technical advising, and corporate training, along with a solid educational background including dual JD and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo, as well as multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
