Lonnie Holmquist

Lonnie Holmquist has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to quality management, operations, and program management. Lonnie worked as the Vice President Global Quality at Dana Incorporated starting in 2019, where they held the responsibility of overseeing global quality initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Quality at IAC Group from 2007, where they developed and implemented global quality strategies, managed a team of over 50 associates, and optimized labor and manufacturing systems. Before that, they worked at Lear Corporation as a Plant Manager, where they successfully managed manufacturing operations in two different locations. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Program Manager and Materials Manager/Business Analyst at Donnelly Corporation. Overall, Lonnie Holmquist has demonstrated expertise in quality management, operational efficiency, and program leadership throughout their career.

Lonnie Holmquist holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Finance from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Management Leadership Program at Notre Dame University and obtained certification as a Six Sigma Champion - Black Belt.
