Martin Novysedlak

Martin Novysedlak is an experienced leader in continuous improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as Head of Continuous Improvement OPEX OH Global at Dana Incorporated since September 2017. With a robust background in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Martin previously held roles such as Director of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Europe & Six Sigma Master Black Belt Global at IAC Group, where responsibilities included overseeing European plant locations and leading global improvement initiatives. Earlier career achievements include roles in logistics management at Lear Corporation and Volkswagen Slovakia. Martin holds multiple degrees from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, including a Dipl. Ing - MA in Management and a Master of Science in Business, along with an MBA in Executive Management from the Sales Management Academy Vienna.
