Melissa Ferguson

Melissa Ferguson, P. Eng, has over seven years of experience in manufacturing engineering, currently working at Dana Incorporated since May 2016, where responsibilities include product launches, scrap reduction, CP/PFMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the Vice President of Finance for the University of Waterloo Engineering Society, overseeing financial operations. Additional experience includes roles as a Production Engineering Coop at Polycon Industries Inc. and various internships in reputable companies such as Continental, DENSO, and Skyjack Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2016.
