Reza Tangestani

Reza Tangestani is a Senior FEA Engineer at Dana Incorporated since December 2022. Previously, Reza served as a model developer and teaching assistant at the University of Waterloo from May 2019 to November 2022, contributing to courses on Finite Element Methods and Mechanics of Deformable Solids. Reza’s teaching experience also includes a role as a teaching assistant at Sharif University of Technology from September 2016 to January 2018, focusing on Static and Mechanics of Materials. Reza holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (2019-2022), a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jundi-shapur University of Technology (2011-2015).
