Stephen Masters

Stephen Masters has diverse work experience in quality engineering and management roles across various industries. Stephen has been working at Dana Incorporated since 2018, where they currently serve as the Advanced Quality Lead for the North American Electrification division. In this role, they are responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives, managing customer relationships, and overseeing corrective actions. Prior to joining Dana Incorporated, Stephen worked at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Site Engineer and Program Engineer in the Supplier Technical Assistance department. Stephen played a crucial role in launching new engine programs, managing supplier quality, and resolving production issues. Stephen also gained experience at Caterpillar Inc as an Engineering Intern, Medtric Biotech LLC as a Product Development Intern, and Mechanical Devices Company as a Machine Center Operator. Stephen started their career at Fort Meigs Auto Electric as a Material Handling and Logistics Intern, where they developed skills in inventory control and problem-solving.

Stephen Masters earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2012. Stephen later pursued an MBA in Operations and Finance at Purdue University Daniels School of Business, completing it in 2013.
