Alexandra Charles

Alexandra Charles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as continuous improvement in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Leica Biosystems since July 2023, Alexandra previously held multiple leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader and General Manager Development Program (GMDP). At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Alexandra contributed as the Global Commercial Continuous Improvement Leader and Global Project Manager. Earlier career highlights include managing a large division at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where Alexandra oversaw significant clinical and research operations, and roles involving direct patient care and research program initiatives at various institutions. Alexandra holds an MBA with a focus on Health Care Management and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from The Johns Hopkins University.
