Henrique Vieira

Henrique Vieira serves as the Director of the Legal and Compliance Department for Latin America at Danaher Corporation since January 2019, overseeing legal, compliance, and data privacy issues for the Danaher Diagnostics Platform across multiple countries. Prior to this, Henrique worked as the Latam Compliance Manager for Abbott, focusing on compliance standards and risk assessments within the region. With a robust background in legal and compliance affairs at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including handling corporate contracts and risk management, Henrique has also contributed to corporate governance as Corporate Counsel at Samarco Mineraçao. Early career experience includes positions at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Almeida Advogados, focusing on corporate law and negotiation of contracts. Henrique holds an MBA from FGV and an LLM from PUC Minas.
