Mariann Kourafas

Mariann Kourafas is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in corporate communications and brand management. Currently serving as Vice President of External Communications & Brand at Danaher Corporation since June 2021, Mariann previously held senior positions at Pall Corporation, where roles included Vice President of Corporate Communications and Director of Communications & Engagement. Earlier experience includes a Director position in Organizational Communications at Raytheon and several leadership roles at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) encompassing internal communications and global HR communications. Mariann's career began at Hewitt Associates as a Communications Consultant and included a role as Assistant Editor at Pearson Education. Mariann Kourafas holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
